ARTICLE 22: VACANCIES ON THE CLUB BOARD

a) Any member of the Board, who, without valid reason, fails to attend three (3) consecutive Board meetings, is considered to have resigned from the Board.

b) The Board may appoint an Active or Life member of the Club to fill a vacancy until the next General Assembly. The member thus appointed, has the right to stand for election to the vacant post.

The duration of this appointment will not be taken into consideration for time limit purposes.
