ARTICLE 34: SKAL INTERNATIONAL

a) Any member of the Club who is not an elected Officer of the Board but who is a current, elected member of the Skal International Executive Committee will automatically be a non-voting member of the Board.

b) Members of the Executive Committee and the Secretary General can attend any meeting or activity held at Club level, or nominate a representative of their choice. The courtesy of an advance communication should be sent to the President of the Club.

c) Skal International may require items to be included in the agenda for the Club meetings.
