| ARTICLE 25: CLUB TREASURER OR EXECUTIVE SECRETARY/TREASURER
a) has the power to cash, on behalf of the Club, all amounts originating from
all
legal sources of income.
b) will produce a membership list annually, by name and category, to be
distributed
to all Club members.
c) receives all fees due to Skal International and settles them with the
National
Treasurer (where applicable) or directly with Skal International.
d) ensures that each member has paid the dues before the new membership card is
issued.
e) keeps the Club's accounts, receives, deposits and manages the Club's funds in
accordance with the present Statutes. The Treasurer makes all payments of
expenses incurred on behalf of the Club and approved by the Board and
presents an annual report and balance sheet to the Board of the Club which,
after agreement, is submitted to the Annual General Assembly for approval.
