ARTICLE 3: RESTRICTIONS

In pursuance of these objectives, the Skal Movement shall in no case:

a) Be used directly in promoting private commercial or business matters, however business relationships between members and the supporters of Skal are encouraged.

b) Impose any limitations or restrictions on members in accordance with the human rights declaration of the United Nations.

The use of the Skal name, badge, insignia, logotype, emblems and other identities of the Skal Movement shall always be in accordance to the authorization, guidelines and instructions that are given by Skal International.
