ARTICLE 16: MEMBERSHIP RESIGNATION

Any member may resign from the Club at any time by submitting his resignation, in
writing, to the Club Secretary who must acknowledge receipt of it. Notwithstanding such
resignation, the former member will be required to pay any outstanding amounts owed.
