ARTICLE 23: CLUB PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT

a) The Club President is entrusted with the duties of executing the decisions of the
Annual General Meeting and the Board of the Club, conducting the proceedings
and ensuring that it functions effectively and efficiently.
b) The President is the Club's official and legal representative. However, all
documents legally binding on the Skal Club must bear the signature of the
President jointly with that of one of the Vice Presidents.
c) The President may, if necessary, delegate part of his presidential duties to a Vice
President or any other Officer of the Board.
d) The President will make a report to the Annual General Meeting on the activities
of the Club and its Board.
e) The President is entrusted with ensuring that the Skal Club extends a warm
welcome to every visiting Skalleague and that they are offered every assistance
during their visit.
f) The main task of a Vice President shall be to assist the President in the
execution of his duties and deputize for him whenever the necessity arises.
