ARTICLE 10: LOCAL CLUB MEMBERS

a) The Club is permitted a limited number of local members. These may be
dignitaries or persons not qualified for other categories of membership but who,
due to their professional or personal merits contribute to the travel and tourism
industry and are considered to be of value to the Club.
b) Local members do not receive a membership card from Skal International, they
are not permitted to wear or use Skal badges or insignia, to vote or hold office in
the Club or to attend Skal events outside their Club unless specifically invited by
the organizers.
c) The number of local members in a Club is restricted to five (5) or 5 of the total
membership whichever is the greater. A Club abusing this rule is liable to be
suspended.
d) Local members must be registered by the General Secretariat of Skal
International and approved by the National Committee where such exists. A
registration fee of €15.00 (Fifteen Euros) has been set by Skal International and
will be payable by the Club for each local member.
