ARTICLE 20: COMMITTEES

The Annual General Meeting or the Board of the Club may appoint committees to
perform special studies or duties. The members of such committees will report to that
Board. Committees may also be formed under the guidelines given by Skal International.

All Skalleagues have the right to participate and contribute to the success of any of the
Operational functions by co-operating with the Officer concerned.
