ARTICLE 28: BUDGET AND FINANCIAL YEAR

The Board of the Club will prepare an annual budget showing all expected income and
expenditure, including the cost of sending delegates to national and international Skal
meetings.

The budget shall be presented to the General Assembly for its approval.
The Club's financial year will be from the 1 January to 31 December and should not be
confused with the Skal International financial year, which is from 1 April to 31 March of
the following year.
